Nigeria Basketball team, D’Tigress defeated Mozambique 80 – 69 in their first game at the ongoing FIBA Women Championships in Mali. The Nigerians will be facing DR Congo in their second game and Head Coach, Sam Vincent said “no game is going to be easy but we need to be aggressive and physical to beat Congo.” DR Congo lost their first game 72 – 99 against Egypt and will be looking forward to redeeming their pride against the Nigerian side in their second game.
