Ghanaian midfielder, Kevin Prince Boateng has moved to Barcelona from Sassuolo until the end of the season with the possibility of a permanent deal pegged at €8m purchase option.
The 31-year old has played in Europe’s major soccer leagues namely – the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, and La Liga.
Boateng played for Ghana at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. In a statement on Barcelona’s website, he is being applauded as “a player who will surely adapt quickly to the team.”
