The Super Eagles of Nigeria lost its final warm-up match before the FIFA World Cup commences to the Czech Republic. Tomas Kalas scored the only goal that separated the two sides. The Czech Republic in their last match against Australia was defeated 4 – 0 and they promised to make amends when they play Nigeria. Nigeria lost its last friendly match against England 2 -1 at Wembley and have so far had lacklustre performances in the last four matches. Nigeria will play against Croatia on June 16 in their first group game at the World Cup.
