Tennis superstar Serena Williams in her interview on the August edition of Vanity Fair just said it took at least six pregnancy tests to convince her she was going to be a mother. She showed off her bump in a nude cover shoot she had for Vanity Fair.
The World No. 1 discovered she was pregnant in January while practicing for the Australian Open. This didn’t affect her performances as she went ahead to win the tourney ahead of her older sister Venus, and did so without losing a set in seven matches. She has won a record 23 Grand Slam titles.
She’s presently engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian and they will be getting married this Fall as soon as the baby arrives. She looks forward to coming back to the Tennis court next January and competing in tournaments as she believes her story isn’t over yet.
